No tutorial on these just a bit of a project share. I bought a pair of canvas shoes at Hobby Lobby. They were $9.99 and I used my 40% off coupon. I used red white and black fabric paint and then went over some parts with glitter.
My sister is on Spirit Team at her Elementary School and they are getting them geared up for Cheer.
